Warranty Policy

1-Year Limited Warranty Policy

Effective Date: November 29, 2025
Applies To: Flo Recovery Leg Massager from Flórez & Co

At Flórez & Co, we stand behind the quality of our products. We offer a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase against defects in material or workmanship under normal, intended use.

What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Faulty materials

  • Workmanship issues that prevent normal use

If a product is found to have a defect covered under this warranty, we will, at our discretion:

  • Repair the item,

  • Replace the item with the same model or an equivalent one, or

  • Provide store credit.

What This Warranty Does NOT Cover

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Accidents, misuse, or abuse

  • Improper installation or maintenance

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect function

  • Damage from water, fire, or other environmental conditions (unless the product is designed for such exposure)

Warranty Claim Requirements

To process a warranty claim, you must provide:

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

  • Photos or videos of the issue

  • A description of the problem

Warranty Process

  1. Submit your claim with the required information.

  2. Our support team will review the claim within 3–5 business days.

  3. If approved, we will provide instructions for repair, replacement, or return.

  4. Replacement products are covered for the remaining duration of the original warranty period.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for shipping products back to us unless otherwise stated.

  • We will cover the cost of shipping any replacement products to you.

Limitations

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flórez & Co is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.
